Return Policy

Within 2 weeks of delivery, you may return undecorated items.

Please inspect your merchandise before decorating. We cannot accept returns on altered, decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.

All requests for credits will be reviewed prior to the credit being issued. Buyer will be contacted about its credit request within 72 hours.

All claims for shortages, damages, defects etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Returns must be authorized by Pocket Me in advance, by phone or email, and within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

No merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

Cancelled orders, returns of unwanted merchandise, returns due to Buyer’s error, refused or unclaimed COD, or unclaimed pickup orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the returned products, plus applicable shipping charges. There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00.

Valid returns will not incur a restocking fee unless Pocket Me believes in its sole discretion that the Return Policy is being abused by Buyer.

Freight on returns made via Pocket Me will be paid by Pocket Me unless in its sole discretion, it instructs Buyer to keep the merchandise rather than return it to Pocket Me.

Freight on all returns not made via Pocket Me must be prepaid by Buyer.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization form or number from Pocket Me. Please contact Pocket Me Customer Service for a return authorization and shipping address.

Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.

Merchandise that is not Pocket Me’s (meaning sold to Buyer by Pocket Me) will be returned to Buyer at Buyer’s expense or disposed of by Pocket Me.

Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.

Altered or embellished products are not returnable, excluding irregulars.

Returns on drop shipments coming direct from Mill suppliers are not allowed.

Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders shipped to parties other than the Buyer, prior to decorating or reshipping.

Return of drop shipment orders requires Pocket Me’s prior approval and is subject to its sole discretion.

Pocket Me reserves the right to ask for photographic or other evidence of a defect from Buyer.

Pocket Me reserves the right not to permit a return if it believes in its sole discretion Buyer is abusing the return policy.

While COVID-19 restrictions are in place, Pocket Me cannot accept returns at its Pick-Up facilities located at its Distribution Center.
